Who is responsible?

What data do we collect, and why?

• Beginners course: name, email address, phone number and date of birth, and for minors the name and email address of a parent or guardian. We use this to process your registration, determine the correct price and contact you.
• Membership: the same details plus your address and where you did the beginners course. We use this for our membership records and fees.
• Contact form: name, email address and your message, to answer your question.

We process this data based on your consent and to provide the course or membership. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Please do not include medical or other sensitive information in the comments field; we would rather discuss that in person.

How long, and who has access?

We do not keep data longer than needed for these purposes and we never sell it. Only the club's board has access.

Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your data by using the contact form. Not happy with how we handle it? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

This website only sets one functional session cookie, which is needed to process forms securely. It is removed when you close your browser. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies and we do not load anything from third parties.

Protection against abuse

To prevent spam, we keep an irreversibly scrambled version (hash) of your IP address for at most one day.
